The phone number used for “click to call” services will be stored by us for three months if you decide to use such a service.
- We operate our websites by utilizing the collected information to provide services while improving them and monitoring analytics and statistics to synchronize and resolve payment issues with our business partners (including clients, vendors and affiliates).

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
The Terms of Use (the “Terms”) include this Privacy Policy as a fundamental component which you can access at: Terms Of Use. Any capitalized term in this Privacy Policy that we don't define, will have the meaning given to it in the Terms.
Information We Collect. When you visit the Site, or use the Services, we may collect certain information about your visit and usage of the Site and the Services, in one or more of the following ways:
- Information You Provide to Us. The Services require users to enter Personal Information to access their functionalities. The features which need Personal Information for operation must receive your explicit consent for use (e.g. The Sites allow you to join newsletters periodically but you must give active consent for promotional material and forms. The Privacy Policy explains the data collection procedure for all Personal Information described below.
- Personal Information under this Privacy Policy definition includes details that alone or in combination with other data identify a person such as full names combined with email addresses and phone numbers and physical addresses and other contact information. - Third Party Forms and Services: The Site lists, rates and compares various 3rd party businesses, brands and commercial entities (collectively, "Partners") and their respective products and/or services (collectively, "Products"). You can obtain further information about a Partner or Product or initiate a transaction with them by selecting their icon or tab which directs you to a Partner-operated Landing Page. The Landing Page becomes accessible through both Partner icons and external websites and online searches. You need to provide Personal Information including your name along with email address and phone number when submitting information on the Landing Page (Landing Page Info). The Partner who owns the Landing Page collects your submitted Landing Page Info and operates with its own privacy policy and data collection practices information. You should review these privacy policies to determine why your submitted Personal Information is collected and used.
- Contact Us. You can contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ function by filling out our online form or sending an email to our displayed address or using Site feedback or reporting features. To process your request you need to provide your email address and full name. Your message along with all its content will serve two purposes: request handling and our business operations as detailed in sections 4 and 5 of this Privacy Policy.
- Blogs, Newsletters, Surveys and Promotions. The Site provides blog forum and review sections which present information about our services together with information about Partners and Products as well as market vertical details. Subscribers can sign up for newsletters through the Site and users can participate in surveys and promotional activities while some functions operate under our management and others run through third-party service providers we work with. Your blog forum participation or newsletter subscription or survey participation may require providing Personal Information including your full name and email address in each of these instances. Your submitted information will reach the third party directly while they will process it according to their privacy policy as well as this one for the specified purpose.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
We collect information about your use of the Services and your interaction with the Site or the Services, as follows, and in the following ways:
- The system collects device information including device type and version and operating system type and language and version and user agent information that reveals browser type and version and screen resolution.
- Interactions and Usage: In order to provide the Services, operate the Site, and keep improving it, so as to be able to sync with our Partners and affiliates, we collect information about your interaction and use of the Services, such as: URL’s from which you were directed to the Site and to which you are referred from the Site, internal URL’s of the Site in which you visited and your actions with respect to the Services (such as view or click), date/time stamp of Site use, timing for clicks and page-views.
- Log Files: We collect information through server log files, but also by deploying tracking technologies within the Site, such as pixel tags. We do this to analyze trends, track user’s engagement and interaction with the Site and respective Services. In which case, a third party vendor/s facilitates the call transmission, tracking and feedback for success. 6. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties.
We refrain from distributing Personal Information about you to Third Parties unless we encounter the following scenarios:
- Data Storage and Security Platforms (“Data Platforms”); Third party cloud and storage services are utilized by us to store and maintain your Information. Our organization shares your Information with third party entities across different global locations including the United States to maintain storage operations or perform other processing tasks. Our storage solutions include Amazon Web Services which operates under the Privacy Shield certification (you can access their privacy policy at https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/) and other entities which operate under their respective privacy policies. The Data Platforms maintain operations throughout different locations worldwide. The Data Platforms that we use adhere to strict privacy protection and data security policies while following all relevant data protection laws. The privacy policies of these entities control every practice and activity they perform.
- Social Media Platforms. The Site shares non-identifiable data with social media networks (including Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) for marketing and operational activities. Social media platforms collect Personal Information independently while combining not identified information which we share with your Personal Information that you have already consented to separately. The social media platform's privacy policy controls all Personal Information which results from such actions although we do not have governance over this information.
- Other Third Parties. Our business operations require sharing your Information with different third parties who assist us with customer service and email/phone administration as well as analytics to track user behavior on the Site and Services. The third parties use their own privacy policies to govern their operations although we require them to display their policies when delivering their services. When Third Parties deliver their services directly to you we suggest that you review their privacy policies. These third parties maintain operations at different locations worldwide while their servers exist anywhere in the globe.
- Enforcement. Our company shares your Personal Information with third parties whenever we decide that disclosure of your information serves a beneficial purpose or helps us fulfill legal obligations such as (a) following applicable laws or regulations or legal processes or governmental requests or (b) enforcing our Terms of Use and investigating potential violations or (c) detecting and preventing security issues or fraud or (d) protecting IXZO Digital alongside our affiliated entities and users as well as yourself and public interests.
- Partners and Products. The Services allow users to submit online forms which enable them to request extra details about specific services or products (“Online Form”). Our platform will transmit your Online Form details to the Corresponding Partner and Corresponding Product that matches your expressed interest in doing business. When you submit an Online Form without selecting a particular Partner or Product from your previous click-through we may forward your information to a Partner who operates in the same service domain as your request. You agree to both (a) Partners' ability to use your Online Form information for contact purposes and (b) our lack of control over Partner contact methods and topics as well as (c) the fact that each Partner maintains its own privacy policy that may differ from this Privacy Policy and (d) Partners operate from various locations throughout the world.
- Merger, Sale or Bankruptcy. In the event that IXZO Digital OU. or one of our affiliated entities is acquired by, or merged with, a third party entity, or otherwise sells all or part of our/its assets, we may (and hereby reserve the right to) transfer or assign the Personal Information and other information we have collected or received. After acquiring the company we will make sure the new entity shows their data practices to you and respects your rights according to your home country.
- Third parties we engage or host or that provide us with services and features we can offer to you collect data from the Site and visitors’ engagement with the content and features on our behalf, or for the provisioning of their services. The disclosure occurs when we implement third-party technologies or services or grant them access to our Site and technology for described purposes mentioned in the Privacy Policy or on the Site. We implement analytics tools which include Google Analytics among others. These analytical tools enable us to study user behavior on our Site and Services through the monitoring of page content alongside user click/touch and scroll and keystroke activities. 7. Links to and Interaction with Third Party Properties.
The Site contains links to third-party websites (such as Partners' websites) as well as content and online properties (collectively known as Third Party Properties). All data related to your Third Party Properties clicks and Personal Information you provide on these websites goes to the third party. The privacy practices of third parties remain outside our responsibility as well as their Third Party Properties and Products and their data collection methods. Each Third Party Property that you decide to use or interact with requires you to read their terms and conditions and privacy policy before proceeding.
8. Access and Accuracy; Deletion.
We do not keep information for personal identification purposes in any way other than the scenarios and specific usage and purposes which are explained in this Privacy Policy. To process requests to access, edit or delete your Information, you should be the one who submitted your information or you should have used a Service that involved collection of Personal Information. To review or edit or delete Personal Information we have in storage, please send your request to [email protected]. The processing of your request may take up to 30 business days.
9. Choices and Opt-Out.

10. Information Security.
The Site, our computer servers and systems and third party services/affiliate entities use data security systems and procedures to protect the information transmitted, processed and stored on the Site. The site uses SSL encryption for transport of information and any other information at transport. We are constantly reviewing our information and data collection practices and implementing third party processing and serving services with various information security standards and certifications and we monitor and filter access to data when it comes to personnel in our organization.
